Running Workouts on the track

2010 season begins:


February, 16th 2010

5:30- 6:45 AM

 

at

ORHS in El Dorado Hills

  

Workout format:

5:30-5:45AM     Warm up- dynamic warm-up and form drills

5:45-6:30AM      Main Set

6:30-6:45AM      Cool down/ stretching/ core strength drills

 

What do I bring?

Bring a towel for the core routine, running watch/ heart rate monitor (if you have one), water bottle, and $10

 

Where are the workouts?

Running workouts will be held Tuesday evenings (6:00-7:30PM) at the track January thru March 2010.

Do I have to be a competitive runner to participate in Track Attack workouts?

Our workouts are intended to accommodate beginners and experienced runners.  Workouts are divided into full and modified sets to accomodate all levels.  Our clients range from the 5 minute miler to the 12 minute miler.

I have tried running programs in the past and have always ended up with injuries leading up to my event. How will this training program be different?

Track Attack workouts are formatted with an emphasis on proper running form, incorporating drills and feedback from our qualified and certified coaching staff.
